Abstract:
(EN) Membraneless laminator group (10) for making laminated panels comprising at least one sealed lamination chamber (11) fed in succession by at least one multilayer panel (17); the lamination chamber (11) comprising a heated support and abutment base (12) for at least one panel; a movable cover (13) for opening and closing the lamination chamber (11); a heated rigid plane (15) movable inside the chamber between a raised position spaced from the panel and a lowered position in which it acts in compression against the panel; wherein the surface of the rigid plane (15) facing the panel is equipped with a thermal cover arranged loosely between the rigid plane and the panel and is configured so that: - when the rigid plane (15) is in the raised position, the thermal cover is at least partially in contact with the panel so as to transfer heat without acting by compression; and so that, - when the rigid plane (15) is in the lowered position the thermal cover is in compressed configuration so that on one side the compression is transferred against the panel and on the other side possible local thickness variations of the panel are compensated.
(FR) L'invention concerne un groupe de type contre-colleuse sans membrane (10) pour réaliser des panneaux stratifiés comprenant au moins une chambre de stratification scellée (11) recevant de manière successive au moins un panneau multicouche (17) ; la chambre de stratification (11) comprenant un support chauffé et une base de butée (12) pour au moins un panneau ; un couvercle mobile (13) pour ouvrir et fermer la chambre de stratification (11) ; un plan rigide chauffé (15) mobile à l'intérieur de la chambre entre une position surélevée espacée du panneau et une position abaissée dans laquelle il agit en compression contre le panneau ; la surface du plan rigide (15) faisant face au panneau étant équipée d'un couvercle thermique disposé de manière lâche entre le plan rigide et le panneau et étant conçue de sorte que - lorsque le plan rigide (15) est dans la position surélevée, le couvercle thermique soit au moins partiellement en contact avec le panneau de manière à transférer la chaleur sans agir par compression ; et de sorte que, - lorsque le plan rigide (15) se trouve dans la position abaissée, le couvercle thermique soit en configuration compressée de sorte que, sur un côté, la compression soit transférée contre le panneau et, sur l'autre côté, des éventuelles variations d'épaisseur locales du panneau soient compensées.
