Abstract:
(DE) Es wird ein Verfahren (1) zur Herstellung eines Halbzeugs oder Bauteils (2) gezeigt, bei dem ein als Blech oder Platine (30) ausgebildeter Metallträger (3) mit mindestens einem Prepreg (6), aufweisend eine thermisch vernetzbare, duroplastische Matrix mit Endlosfasern, belegt, die duroplastische Matrix des Prepreg (6) durch Erwärmen vorvernetzt und der mit dem vorvernetzten Prepreg (6) belegte Metallträger (3) zu einem Halbzeug oder Bauteil (2) durch Tiefziehen oder Strecktiefziehen umgeformt wird. Um plastischer Formänderung an faserverstärkten Bereichen des Metallträgers (3) zu ermöglichen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass beim Vorvernetzen der duroplastischen Matrix des Prepregs (6) dessen Matrix in einen ihrem Viskositätsminimum (ηmin) nachfolgenden Viskositätszustand (η) übergeführt und noch vor Erreichen ihres Gelierpunkts (Pc) das Prepreg (6) gemeinsam mit dem Metallträger (3) umgeformt wird.
(EN) Disclosed is a method (1) for manufacturing a semifinished product or a part (2), wherein a metal support (3) designed as a metal sheet or sheet metal blank (30) is coated with at least one prepreg (6) containing a thermally cross-linkable thermosetting resin matrix having endless fibers, the thermosetting resin matrix of the prepreg (6) is pre-crosslinked by heating same, and the metal support (3) coated with the pre-crosslinked prepreg (6) is shaped into a semifinished product or a part (2) by means of a deep drawing or stretch deep drawing process. In order to allow fiber-reinforced sections of the metal support (3) to undergo plastic deformation, according to the invention, during the pre-crosslinking of the thermosetting resin matrix of the prepreg (6), the matrix is transferred into a viscosity state (η) that is higher than the minimum viscosity (ηmin), and the prepreg (6) is shaped along with the metal support (3) prior to reaching its fusion point (Pc).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé (1) de fabrication d'un produit semi-fini ou d'une pièce (2), un support métallique (3) qui se présente sous la forme d'une tôle ou d'un flan (30) étant recouvert d'au moins un préimprégné (6) qui présente une matrice duroplastique thermiquement réticulable dotée de fibres continues, la matrice duroplastique du préimprégné (6) étant préréticulée par chauffage et le support métallique (3) revêtu du préimprégné (6) préréticulé étant mis sous la forme d'un produit semi-fini ou d'une pièce (2) par emboutissage profond ou emboutissage par expansion. Pour permettre la déformation plastique au niveau de zones renforcées par fibres du support métallique (3), au cours de la préréticulation de la matrice duroplastique du préimprégné (6), sa matrice est mise dans un état de viscosité (η) qui succède à son minimum de viscosité (ηmin) et le préimprégné (6) est déformé conjointement avec le support métallique (3) avant que soit atteint son point de gélification (Pc).
