Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for controlling a function of a motor vehicle (10) by means of a mobile terminal (20) held by a user (1) located outside the motor vehicle. According to the invention, the method comprises the following steps: a) the mobile terminal transmits at least one signal to the motor vehicle; b) the motor vehicle receives said signal; c) the motor vehicle determines a data item relating to the environment outside the motor vehicle, taking into account the received signal; and d) the motor vehicle produces a control setting for said function on the basis of said data item.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de contrôle d'une fonctionnalité d'un véhicule automobile (10) au moyen d'un terminal mobile (20) tenu par un usager (1) situé à l'extérieur du véhicule automobile. Selon l'invention, le procédé comporte des étapes : a) d'émission par le terminal mobile d'au moins un signal à destination du véhicule automobile, b) de réception dudit signal par le véhicule automobile, c) de détermination par le véhicule automobile d'une donnée relative à l'environnement à l'extérieur du véhicule automobile, compte tenu du signal reçu, et d) d'élaboration par le véhicule automobile d'une consigne de commande de ladite fonctionnalité en fonction de ladite donnée.
