Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von textilen Flächengebilden, die mehrere nebeneinander abgelegte Abschnitte mehrerer insbesondere unidirektionaler Faserrovings umfassen, wobei die Vorrichtung umfasst: - eine Ablagefläche auf der die Abschnitte des zumindest einen Faserrovings abgelegt werden, - eine Bevorratungsvorrichtung zur Bereitstellung mehrerer Faserrovings sowie zumindest eine Übergabeeinrichtung zur Bereitstellung des freien Endes der Faserrovings, - mehrere in Bezug zur Ablagefläche nebeneinander angeordnete und über der Ablagefläche angeordnete Bahnführungsschienen, an denen jeweils eine Greifereinheit und eine Schneideinheit angeordnet ist, - wobei die Greifereinheiten ausgelegt sind - zum Greifen des freien Endes des der Greifereinheit zugeordneten Faserrovings und Übernehmen des freien Endes von der Übergabeeinrichtung, - zum Aufspannen des zugeordneten Faserrovings über der Ablagefläche, indem sich die Greifereinheit, während diese das freie Ende festhält, entlang der Bahnführungsschiene relativ von der Übergabeeinrichtung bis zu einer gewünschten Endposition weg bewegt und hierbei auf den zugeordneten Faserroving eine Zugkraft in seiner Längsrichtung ausgeübt wird.
(EN) The invention relates to a device for producing textile fabrics, which comprise a plurality of adjacently placed sections of a plurality of in particular unidirectional fiber rovings, wherein the device comprises: - a depositing surface, on which the sections of the at least one fiber roving are deposited; - a storage device for providing a plurality of fiber rovings, and at least one transfer apparatus for providing the free end of the fiber roving; - a plurality of web guide rails, arranged adjacent to each other in relation to the depositing surface and arranged over the depositing surface, on each of which a gripper unit and a cutting unit are arranged, - wherein the gripper units are designed - to grip the free end of the fiber roving associated with the gripper unit and to receive the free end from the transfer apparatus, - to mount the associated fiber roving over the depositing surface, in that the gripper unit, while holding the free end fixed in place, moves along the web guide rail relatively away from the transfer apparatus to a desired end position and a tensile force is exerted on the associated fiber roving in the longitudinal direction thereof.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication de structures textiles planes qui comprennent plusieurs sections déposées les unes à côté des autres de plusieurs stratifils en particulier unidirectionnels, le dispositif comprenant : - une surface de dépôt sur laquelle les sections dudit au moins un stratifil sont déposées, - un dispositif d'alimentation pour la mise à disposition de plusieurs de stratifils ainsi qu'au moins un dispositif de transfert pour la mise à disposition de l'extrémité libre du stratifil, - et plusieurs rails de guidage de bande disposés les uns à côté des autres par rapport à la surface de dépôt et disposés au-dessus de la surface de dépôt, sur chacun desquels sont disposées une unité de préhension et une unité de coupe. Les unités de préhension sont conçues pour saisir l'extrémité libre du stratifil associé à l'unité de préhension et pour reprendre l'extrémité libre livrée par le dispositif de transfert, et pour étaler le stratifil associé sur la surface de dépôt, du fait que l'unité de préhension, pendant qu'elle maintient l'extrémité libre, se déplace le long du rail de guidage de bande en s'éloignant du dispositif de transfert jusqu'à une position d'extrémité souhaitée, ce qui exerce une force de traction sur le stratifil associé dans sa direction longitudinale.
