Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Drucksensorvorrichtung mit einem Druckmesselement (10, 12; 15a, 15b), welches mittels einer als Reaktion auf einen zu messenden Druckeintrag durch ein Arbeitsmedium verformbar ausgestaltet ist und bevorzugt mittels einer Membran (10) sowie mit druckabhängigen elektrischen Widerstandseigenschaften (12) realisiert ist, wobei das Druckmesselement mit einem einen Einlass und/oder Durchbruch (22) für das Arbeitsmedium anbietenden Substratsträger (16; 16') einen Druckraum ausbildet, wobei, der Substratträger als bevorzugt beidseitig planer Körper aus einem Leiterplattenmaterial und/oder einem faserverstärkten, insbesondere glasfaserverstärkten, Harzmaterial realisiert ist, auf dem das Druckmesselement durch eine Klebeverbindung (14) im Bereich des Einlasses bzw. Durchbruchs druckdicht festgelegt ist, und bevorzugt die Klebeverbindung so ausgestaltet ist, dass diese eine auf den Substratträger außerhalb des Druckraums wirkende mechanische Biegespannung mechanisch vom Druckmesselement entkoppeln kann.
(EN) The invention relates to a pressure sensor device having a pressure measuring element (10, 12; 15a, 15b) which is configured to be deformable by way of a working medium in response to an introduced pressure to be measured and is preferably implemented by means of a diaphragm (10) and with pressure-dependent electrical resistance properties (12), wherein the pressure measuring element forms a pressure chamber with a substrate carrier (16; 16') providing an inlet and/or opening (22) for the working medium, wherein the substrate carrier is in the form of a body which is preferably planar on both sides and is made from a printed circuit board material and/or a fibre-reinforced, in particular glass-fibre-reinforced, resin material on which the pressure measuring element is secured in a pressure-tight manner by means of an adhesive bond (14) in the region of the inlet or opening, and the adhesive bond is preferably configured in such a manner that it can mechanically decouple a mechanical bending stress acting on the substrate carrier outside the pressure chamber from the pressure measuring element.
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif de détection de pression qui comporte un élément de mesure de pression (10, 12 ; 15a, 15b) conçu pour être déformé en réaction à pression à mesurer appliquée par un fluide de travail, et réalisé de préférence au moyen d’une membrane (10), et présentant des propriétés de résistance électrique (12) dépendant de la pression. L’élément de mesure de pression forme une chambre de pression conjointement avec un porte-substrat (16 ; 16’) présentant une entrée et/ou un passage (22) destinés au fluide de travail. Le porte-substrat est réalisé sous la forme d’un corps de préférence plan des deux côtés, en matériau de carte de circuits imprimés et/ou en résine renforcée par des fibres, en particulier renforcée par des fibres de verre, sur lequel l’élément de mesure de pression est fixé de façon étanche à la pression par une liaison adhésive (14) au niveau de l’entrée ou du passage, et la liaison adhésive est de préférence conçue de manière à pouvoir découpler mécaniquement une contrainte de flexion mécanique, agissant sur le porte-substrat à l’extérieur de la chambre de pression, de l’élément de mesure de pression.
