Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method of controlling the production of a liquefied natural gas product stream (31) obtained by removing heat from natural gas by indirect heat exchange with an expanded heavy mixed refrigerant and an expanded light mixed refrigerant. The method comprises executing a control loop comprising maintaining the flow rate of the liquefied natural gas product stream (31) at a dependent set point and maintaining the flow rates of the heavy mixed refrigerant (60a) and the light mixed refrigerant (65) at operator manipulated set points (80, 81). The method further comprises executing an override control loop comprising: determining an override set point (95') for the flow rate of the liquefied natural gas and computing an override set point (80') for the flow rate of the heavy mixed refrigerant and an override set point (81') to reduce residual available power of the electric motor.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de régulation de la production d'un courant de produit de gaz naturel liquéfié (31) obtenu par élimination de la chaleur du gaz naturel au moyen de l'échange de chaleur indirect avec un fluide frigorigène mixte lourd expansé et un fluide frigorigène mixte léger expansé. Le procédé comprend l'exécution d'une boucle de régulation consistant à maintenir le débit du courant de produit de gaz naturel liquéfié (31) à un point de consigne dépendant et à maintenir les débits de fluide frigorigène mixte lourd (60a) et de fluide frigorigène mixte léger (65) à des points de consigne manipulés par l'opérateur (80, 81). Le procédé consiste en outre à exécuter une boucle de régulation de remplacement consistant à : déterminer un point de consigne de remplacement (95') pour le débit de gaz naturel liquéfié et calculer un point de consigne de remplacement (80') pour le débit de fluide frigorigène mixte lourd et un point de consigne de remplacement (81') afin de réduire la puissance disponible résiduelle du moteur électrique.
