Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of polyolefin-based graft copolymers comprising a first long chain branched polyolefin block and one or multiple polymer side chains. The functionalized long chain branched polyolefin is produced via the copolymerization of an olefin monomer and an olefin bearing a main group metal hydrocarbyl functionality. The invention moreover relates to polyolefin obtained by said process ends. Subsequently the graft copolymers according to the invention can be produced for example by ring-opening polymerization of cyclic monomers or by transesterification of a preformed transesterifiable polymer, especially polyesters or polycarbonates. The invention moreover relates to polyolefin-based graft copolymers obtained by said process.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la préparation de copolymères greffés comportant un premier bloc de polyoléfine ramifié et une ou plusieurs chaîne(s) latérale(s) polymère(s). La polyoléfine ramifiée à longue chaîne fonctionnalisée est produite par copolymérisation d'un monomère d'oléfine et d'une oléfine portant une fonctionnalité hydrocarbyle de métal de groupe principal. En outre, l'invention concerne une polyoléfine obtenue par la mise en oeuvre dudit procédé. Ultérieurement, les copolymères greffés selon l'invention peuvent être produits par exemple par polymérisation par ouverture de cycle de monomères cycliques ou par transestérification d'un polymère transestérifiable, en particulier des polyesters ou polycarbonates. En outre, l'invention concerne des copolymères greffés à base de polyoléfines obtenue par ledit procédé.
