Abstract:
(DE) Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von bei 25°C und 1 bar flüssigen 2 bis 12 Gew.-% Silanolgruppen aufweisenden Siloxanen der allgemeinen Formel (1) : MaDbTcQdM'eD'fT'g (1), bei dem Metallsalze von Silanolen der allgemeinen Formel (2) oder deren Kondensationsprodukte, R1Si (OH) 4-1-m (0-Zr+/r)m (2) mit Silanen der allgemeinen Formel (3) : R'nSiX (OH) 4-n das nach folgender Gleichung berechnet wird: Mol Organosiliconat der allgemeinen Formel (2) : Mol Silan der allgemeinen Formel (3) = x * (4-n) /m, wobei x = 0,8 bis 1,2 beträgt, wobei M, D, T, Q, M`,D',Τ' R, R`, Z, X, a, b, c, d, e, f, g, 1, r und n die in Anspruch 1 angegebenen Bedeutungen aufweisen, sowie die Siloxane der allgemeinen Formel (1).
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing liquid siloxanes having 2 to 12 wt% at 25 °C and at 1 bar of the general formula (1): MaDbTcQdM'eD'fT'g (1), in which metal salts of silanols of the general formula (2) or condensation products thereof, R1Si (OH) 4-1-m (0-Zr+/r)m (2) having silanes of the general formula (3): R'nSiX (OH) 4-n, which is calculated in accordance with the following equation: mol organosiliconate of the general formula (2): mol silane of the general formula (3) = x * (4-n) /m, where x = 0.8 to 1.2, where M, D, T, Q, M`,D',Τ' R, R`, Z, X, a, b, c, d, e, f, g, 1, r and n have the meanings specified in claim 1.
