Abstract:
(EN) Exogenous molecule-loaded cells and a preparation method for exogenous molecule-loaded cells. The preparation method adopts a photoinduced perforating way for preparing, and comprises the following steps: (1) adopting a gold nano-structure to modify a cell culture substrate; (2) culturing cells in the cell culture substrate modified by the gold nano-structure; (3) adopting a laser source with a near-infrared band to irradiate the cell-loaded cell culture substrate; and (4) adding exogenous molecules into the cells. The preparation method can realize simple, direct, rapid and efficient cell delivery of exogenous molecules.
(FR) L'invention concerne des cellules chargées avec des molécules exogènes, et une méthode de préparation des cellules chargées avec des molécules exogènes. La méthode de préparation utilise une technique de perforation photoinduite pour la préparation, comprenant les étapes suivantes : (1) opter pour une nanostructure d'or pour modifier un substrat de culture cellulaire; (2) cultiver les cellules dans le substrat de culture cellulaire modifié par la nanostructure d'or; (3) opter pour une source laser de fréquence située dans l'infrarouge proche pour irradier le substrat de culture de cellules chargées de cellules; et (4) ajouter des molécules exogènes à l'intérieur des cellules. La méthode de préparation peut permettre de réaliser une fourniture simple, directe, rapide et efficace de molécules exogènes à des cellules.
(ZH) 一种负载外源分子的细胞及负载外源分子细胞的制备方法。制备方法采用光致穿孔的方式进行制备,包括以下步骤:1)采用金纳米结构修饰细胞培养基材;2)在金纳米结构修饰的细胞培养基材中培养细胞;3)采用近红外波段的激光光源照射负载有细胞的所述细胞培养基材;4)向所述细胞中添加外源分子。所述制备方法可以实现外源分子简单直接、快速、高效的细胞传递。
