(ZH) 一种新型共聚酯热熔胶及其制备方法
Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are novel copolyester hot-melt adhesive and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method is mainly characterized by: selecting raw materials according to a preset proportion, the raw materials comprising bisphenol A, cis-butenedioic acid, terephthalic acid, other binary acids, 1,4-butanediol, other dihydric alcohols, a catalyst, and a stabilizing agent; firstly, generating a prepolymer under negative pressure in a low-temperature section, then completing an esterification process under normal pressure in the low-temperature section, and completing the step of polycondensation under negative pressure in a high-temperature section; and finally, preparing a novel copolyester hot-melt adhesive product. On the basis of maintaining the comprehensive performance of the existing conventional copolyester hot-melt adhesive product, the dry cleaning resistance of the copolyester hot-melt adhesive product prepared by the present invention is greatly improved, the washing resistance of the copolyester hot-melt adhesive product is as good as that of polyamide hot-melt adhesive, but the total cost of the copolyester hot-melt adhesive product is lower than that of the conventional polyamide hot-melt adhesive.
(FR) L'invention concerne un nouvel adhésif thermo-fusible copolyester et son procédé de préparation. Le procédé de préparation est principalement caractérisé par ce qui suit : la sélection de matières premières selon une proportion prédéfinie, les matières premières comprenant du bisphénol A, de l’acide cis-butènedioïque, de l'acide téréphtalique, d'autres acides binaires, du 1,4-butanediol, d'autres alcools dihydriques, un catalyseur et un agent stabilisant ; premièrement, la génération d’un prépolymère sous pression négative dans une section basse température, puis la réalisation d’un processus d'estérification sous pression normale dans la section basse température, et la réalisation de l'étape de polycondensation sous pression négative dans une section haute température ; et enfin, la préparation d’un nouveau produit adhésif thermofusible de copolyester. En se basant sur la conservation de la performance globale du produit adhésif thermo-fusible copolyester classique existant, la résistance au nettoyage à sec du produit adhésif thermofusible copolyester préparé par la présente invention est considérablement améliorée, la résistance au lavage du produit adhésif thermofusible copolyester est aussi bonne que celle d'un adhésif thermofusible de polyamide, mais le coût total de l’adhésif thermofusible copolyester est inférieur à celui de l'adhésif thermofusible de polyamide classique.
(ZH) 本发明公开一种新型共聚酯热熔胶及其制备方法,其主要特征在于:按一预设配比,选取原料,包括:双酚A、顺式丁烯二酸、对苯二甲酸、其他二元酸、1,4-丁二醇、其他二元醇、催化剂及稳定剂;先在低温段负压生成预聚体,然后在低温段常压完成酯化过程,再在高温段负压完成缩聚步骤,最终制备出新型共聚酯热熔胶产品。通过本发明制备的共聚酯热熔胶产品,在保持现有常规共聚酯热熔胶产品的综合性能的基础上,极大得提升了其耐干洗性能,不亚于聚酰胺热熔胶在耐水洗方面的性能,但其整体成本又低于常规聚酰胺热熔胶。
