Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed in the present invention is an organic hole transport material having a compound of the structure shown in formula (I), wherein R1-R2 independently represent hydrogen or C1-C8 substituted or substituted alkyl, C2-C8 substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl, C2-C8 substituted or unsubstituted alkynyl, or C6-C10 substituted or substituted aryl, the substituents being C1-C4 alkyl or halogen. Device experiments show that the organic hole transport material of the present invention has high glass transition temperature and high thermal stability; a hole-only organic semiconductor diode device and organic electroluminescent device prepared using same have good hole transport performance, high and stable current efficiency, and a long device life.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau organique de transport de trous comprenant un composé présentant la structure représentée par la formule (I), dans laquelle R1 et R2 représentent indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle en C1 à C8 substitué ou substitué, un groupe alcényle en C2 à C8 non substitué ou substitué, un groupe alcynyle en C2 à C8 non substitué ou substitué ou un groupe aryle en C6 à C10 substitué ou substitué, les substituants étant un groupe alkyle en C1 à C4 ou un atome d'halogène. Des expériences réalisées avec des dispositifs montrent que le matériau organique de transport de trous de la présente invention possède une température de transition vitreuse élevée et une grande stabilité thermique; un dispositif de diode à semiconducteur organique ne comportant que des trous et un dispositif électroluminescent organique préparé à l'aide de celui-ci possèdent de bonnes performances de transport de trous, un rendement en courant élevé et stable et une longue durée de vie.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种有机空穴传输材料,具有式(I)所述结构的化合物,其中,R1-R2独立地表示为氢、C1-C8取代或未取代的烷基、C2-C8取代或者未取代的烯烷基、C2-C8取代或者未取代的炔烷基、或取代或者未取代C6-C10的芳香基,其中取代基为C1-C4的烷基或卤素。器件实验表明,本发明的有机空穴传输材料有高玻璃化转变温度,热稳定性高,所制备的仅空穴有机半导体二极管器件及有机电致发光器件,其空穴传输性能好,电流效率高且稳定,器件寿命长。
