Abstract:
(EN) A bone repair reusable composite material based on an acellular biological tissue matrix material and a preparation method therefor. The bone repair reusable composite material comprises an organic phase adopting a micro-fibrotic animal tissue acellular matrix material and an inorganic phase adopting a calcium salt biological ceramic material or other inorganic bioglass. A preparation process for the bone repair reusable composite material does not need physical or chemical crosslinking. The bone repair reusable composite material has a three-dimensional porous net structure, and protein components in the biological tissue matrix material keep a natural triplex structure. The bone repair reusable composite material has excellent biocompatibility, biodegradability, osteoconduction, osteoinductivity, and osteogenesis, also has a particular mechanical strength and shape memory function, and can be used as a bone filling material or a repair material with large-area bone defect.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau composite réutilisable pour la réparation osseuse à base d'un matériau matriciel de tissu biologique acellulaire et son procédé de préparation. Le matériau composite réutilisable pour la réparation osseuse comprend une phase organique adoptant un matériau matriciel acellulaire de tissu animal micro-fibreux et une phase inorganique adoptant un matériau céramique biologique de sel de calcium ou autre bioverre inorganique. Un procédé de préparation du matériau composite réutilisable pour la réparation osseuse ne nécessite pas de réticulation physique ou chimique. Le matériau composite réutilisable pour la réparation osseuse présente une structure de filet poreux tridimensionnel, et des constituants protéiques dans le matériau matriciel de tissu biologique maintiennent une structure triplex naturelle. Le matériau composite réutilisable pour la réparation osseuse présente d'excellentes biocompatibilité, biodégradabilité, ostéoconduction, ostéoinductivité et ostéogenèse, présente également une résistance mécanique et une fonction de mémoire de forme particulières, et peut être utilisé en tant que matériau de remplissage d'os ou en tant que matériau de réparation de défaut osseux à grande surface.
(ZH) 一种基于脱细胞生物组织基质材料的骨修复用复合材料及其制备方法。骨修复用复合材料包括微纤维化的动物组织脱细胞基质材料的有机相和钙盐生物陶瓷或其他无机生物玻璃的无机相。骨修复用复合材料的制备过程无需物理或化学交联。骨修复用复合材料具有三维多孔网状结构,生物组织基质材料中的蛋白成分保持天然的三股螺旋结构。骨修复用复合材料具有优秀的生物相容性、生物可降解性、骨传导性、骨诱导性和成骨性,同时具有一定的力学强度和形状记忆功能,能够用作骨填充材料或大面积骨缺损的修复材料。
