Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a white carbon black/poly(itaconate-isoprene-glycidyl methacrylate) bio-based elastomer composite material free of a silane coupling agent. The white carbon black/poly(itaconate-isoprene-glycidyl methacrylate) bio-based elastomer composite material is an environmentally-friendly composite material, and both the poly(itaconate-isoprene-glycidyl methacrylate) and the white carbon black come from a non-petroleum-based raw material and are independent of petrochemical resources. Compared with a composite material in which glycidyl methacrylate is not introduced, the composite material in which glycidyl methacrylate is introduced has improved dispersity of the white carbon black, improved mechanical properties of rubber products, improved wet-skid resistance, reduces rolling resistance, and is free of the use of a silane coupling agent, so that the processing technology is simplified, and generation of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) is avoided. Therefore, the white carbon black/poly(itaconate-isoprene-glycidyl methacrylate) bio-based elastomer composite material is a bio-based "green tire" rubber material having a good application prospect.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un matériau composite élastomère biosourcé de noir de carbone blanc/poly(itaconate-isoprène-méthacrylate de glycidyle) exempt d'un agent de couplage silane. Le matériau composite élastomère biosourcé de noir de carbone blanc/poly(itaconate-isoprène-méthacrylate de glycidyle) est un matériau composite respectueux de l'environnement et le poly(itaconate-isoprène-méthacrylate de glycidyle) et le noir de carbone blanc proviennent tous deux d'une matière première qui n'est pas à base de pétrole et sont indépendants de ressources pétrochimiques. Par comparaison avec un matériau composite dans lequel du méthacrylate de glycidyle n'est pas introduit, le matériau composite dans lequel du méthacrylate de glycidyle est introduit présente une meilleure dispersion du noir de carbone blanc, de meilleures propriétés mécaniques de produits en caoutchouc et une meilleure résistance à l'aquaplanage, il réduit la résistance au roulement et il n'utilise pas un agent de couplage silane, de sorte que la technologie de traitement est simplifiée et le dégagement de composés organiques volatils (COV) est évité. Par conséquent, le matériau composite élastomère biosourcé de noir de carbone blanc/poly(itaconate-isoprène-méthacrylate de glycidyle) est un matériau en caoutchouc de « pneu cru » ayant de bonnes perspectives d'application.
(ZH) 本发明涉及一种无需硅烷偶联剂的白炭黑/聚(衣康酸酯-异戊二烯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯)生物基弹性体复合材料。白炭黑/聚(衣康酸酯-异戊二烯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯)复合材料是一种环境友好型的复合材料,聚(衣康酸酯-异戊二烯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯)与白炭黑皆来源于非石油基原料,不依赖石化资源。引入了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的复合材料与没有引入甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的复合材料相比,白炭黑的分散改善,橡胶制品的力学性能提高,抗湿滑性提高,同时滚动阻力降低,避免了硅烷偶联剂的使用,从而简化了加工工艺,并避免了挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的产生,是一种很有应用前景的绿色的生物基"绿色轮胎"橡胶材料。
