Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a differentiation medium capable of inducing ES cells and/or iPS cells into neural stem cells. The differential medium is a conventional medium comprising 1% of N2 additive, the conventional medium being at least one of RPMI1640 medium, DMEM/F12 medium, high glucose DMEM medium and á-MEM medium. Also provided are a use of the differential medium in the preparation of neural stem cells and a method for preparing neural stem cells. ES cells and/or iPS cells can be rapidly and stably induced into neural stem cells by using the differential medium.
(FR) L'invention concerne un milieu de différenciation capable d'induire des cellules souches embryonnaires (ES) et/ou des cellules souches pluripotentes induites (IPS) en cellules souches neurales. Le milieu de différenciation est un milieu conventionnel comprenant 1 % d'additif N2, le milieu conventionnel étant au moins un milieu parmi un milieu RPMI1640, un milieu DMEM/F12, un milieu DMEM à taux élevé de glucose et un milieu alpha-MEM. L'invention concerne également une utilisation du milieu de différenciation dans la préparation de cellules souches neuronales et un procédé de préparation de cellules souches neuronales. Les cellules ES et/ou les cellules IPS peuvent être induites de façon rapide et stable en cellules souches neurales à l'aide du support de différenciation.
(ZH) 一种分化培养基,其能够将ES细胞和/或iPS细胞诱导为神经干细胞,该分化培养基为包含1%的N2添加剂的常规培养基,所述常规培养基为以下至少一种:RPMI1640培养基、DMEM/F12培养基、高糖DMEM培养基和α-MEM培养基。该分化培养基在制备神经干细胞中的用途以及一种制备神经干细胞的方法,利用该分化培养基能够快速、稳定的将ES细胞和/或iPS细胞诱导为神经干细胞。
