Abstract:
(EN) A connector, a cable thereof, and a mold for manufacturing a cable. The connector comprises two joints (100, 200) and a cable (300) connected between the two joints. The cable comprises a plurality of cores (310) and a jacket (330) by which the cores are wrapped, wherein the cross section of the jacket is a polygon, the size of the polygon in a first direction is greater than the size thereof in a second direction, and the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction; the plurality of cores is distributed in the first and second directions, and the number of cores arranged in the first direction is greater than or equal to the number of cores arranged in the second direction. The mold (400) comprises an internal mold (410) and an external mold (430). The internal mold is provided with first through holes (412) used for molding cores; the external mold is provided with a second through hole (432) used for molding a jacket, wherein the second through hole is a polygonal through hole. The cable is not prone to spontaneous winding.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un connecteur, un câble associé, et un moule de fabrication d'un câble. Le connecteur comprend deux joints (100, 200) et un câble (300) connecté entre les deux joints. Le câble comprend une pluralité d'âmes (310) et une gaine (330) par laquelle les âmes sont enveloppées, la section transversale de la gaine étant un polygone, la taille du polygone dans une première direction étant supérieure à sa taille dans une seconde direction, et la première direction étant perpendiculaire à la seconde direction ; la pluralité d'âmes est distribuée dans les première et seconde directions, et le nombre d'âmes agencées dans la première direction est supérieur ou égal au nombre d'âmes agencées dans la seconde direction. Le moule (400) comprend un moule interne (410) et un moule externe (430). Le moule interne est pourvu de premiers trous traversants (412) utilisées pour mouler des âmes ; le moule externe est pourvu d'un second trou traversant (432) utilisé pour mouler une gaine, le second trou traversant étant un trou traversant polygonal. Le câble n'est pas enclin à s'enrouler spontanément.
