Abstract:
(EN) An In Cell touch display panel, wherein only a first planarization layer (14) is provided between a pixel electrode (15) at a side of a TFT substrate (1) and a source/drain (45), and the pixel electrode (15) is in contact with the source/drain (45) by means of a second via hole (141) on the first planarization layer (14). Two passivation layers between the pixel electrode (15) and the source/drain (45) are removed, such that the bad influence caused by overlapping of via holes between a first passivation layer (16) and the first planarization layer (14) and between a second passivation layer (18) and the first planarization layer (14) is avoided, and the aperture ratio of pixels is improved; meanwhile, the manufacturing complexity is reduced and the product yield is improved because the number of via holes is reduced.
(FR) L’invention concerne un panneau d’affichage tactile en cellule, dans lequel seule une première couche de planarisation (14) est disposée entre une électrode de pixel (15) située d’un côté d’un substrat TFT (1) et une source/un drain (45), et l’électrode de pixel (15) est en contact avec la source/le drain (45) au moyen d’un deuxième trou d’interconnexion (141) situé sur la première couche de planarisation (14). Deux couches de passivation situées entre l’électrode de pixel (15) et la source/le drain (45) sont éliminées, ce qui évite la présence d’influences nuisibles due au chevauchement de trous d’interconnexion entre une première couche de passivation (16) et la première couche de planarisation (14) et entre une deuxième couche de passivation (18) et la première couche de planarisation (14), et améliore le rapport d’ouverture des pixels ; par ailleurs, la complexité de fabrication est réduite et le rendement en produits est meilleur du fait d’un nombre de trous d’interconnexion plus limité.
(ZH) 一种In Cell触控显示面板,TFT基板(1)一侧的像素电极(15)与源/漏极(45)之间只有第一平坦层(14),像素电极(15)经由第一平坦层(14)上的第二过孔(141)与源/漏极(45)相接触。像素电极(15)与源/漏极(45)之间少了两层钝化层的厚度,避免了第一钝化层(16)与第一平坦层(14)、第二钝化层(18)与第一平坦层(14)之间因各过孔相互交叠而产生的不良影响,提高了像素的开口率;同时由于过孔的数量较少,因而降低了制程的难度,提高了产品良率。
