Abstract:
(EN) A bonding method for a flexible display module comprises: preparing a flexible display panel (1) having a first bonding area (10); joining a middle substrate (3) to a surface (12), away from the first bonding area (10), of the flexible display panel (1); aligning a second bonding area of a drive integrated circuit (4) with the first bonding area (10); at a first temperature, pre-laminating the first bonding area (10) and the second bonding area (41); stripping the flexible display panel (1); flattening the flexible display panel (1); and at a second temperature, laminating the first bonding area (10) and the second bonding area (41) to form a flexible display module. Flexible display modules formed by means of the flexible display module bonding method are high in yield.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fixation pour un module d'affichage flexible, qui consiste : à préparer un panneau d'affichage flexible (1) ayant une première zone de fixation (10); à assembler un substrat intermédiaire (3) avec une surface (12), à distance de la première zone de fixation (10), du panneau d'affichage flexible (1); à aligner une seconde zone de fixation d'un circuit intégré de pilotage (4) sur cette première zone de fixation (10); à une première température, à pré-stratifier ladite première zone de fixation (10) et ladite seconde zone de fixation (41); à décaper ce panneau d'affichage flexible (1); à aplatir le panneau d'affichage flexible (1); et, à une seconde température, à stratifier la première zone de fixation (10) et la seconde zone de fixation (41) pour former un module d'affichage flexible. Les modules d'affichage flexibles formés au moyen du procédé de fixation de module d'affichage flexible présentent un rendement élevé.
