Abstract:
(EN) A flexible display module bonding method. The flexible display module comprises a flexible display panel (1) having a first bonding area (10) and a integrated drive circuit (4) having a second bonding area (40). The bonding method comprises attaching, through a colloid (3), a transfer plate (2) to a surface (11) of the flexible display panel (1) which is away from the first bonding area (10); solidifying the colloid (3) facing the first bonding area (10) to form a fixed portion (30); flattening the transfer plate (2) to flatten the first bonding area (10) through the fixed portion (30); aligning the second bonding area (40) with the first bonding area (10); pre-pressing the first bonding area (10) and the second bonding area (40) at a first temperature; breaking the fixed portion (30), and separating the flexible display panel (1) and the transfer plate (2); flattening the flexible display panel (1); and pressing the first bonding area (10) and the second bonding area (40) at a second temperature to form the flexible display module. The flexible display module formed by the flexible display module bonding method has high yield rate.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de collage de module d'affichage souple. Le module d'affichage souple comprend un panneau d'affichage souple (1) ayant une première zone de collage (10) et un circuit d'attaque intégré (4) ayant une seconde zone de collage (40). Le procédé de collage consiste à fixer, par un colloïde (3), une plaque de transfert (2) sur une surface (11) du panneau d'affichage couple (1) qui est éloignée de la première zone de liaison (10); solidifier le colloïde (3) faisant face à la première zone de collage (10) pour former une partie fixe (30); aplatir la plaque de transfert (2) pour aplatir la première zone de collage (10) par la partie fixe (30); aligner la seconde zone de collage (40) avec la première zone de collage (10); pré-presser la première zone de collage (10) et la seconde zone de collage (40) à une première température; rompre la partie fixe (30), et séparer le panneau d'affichage souple (1) et la plaque de transfert (2); aplatir le panneau d'affichage souple (1); et presser la première zone de collage (10) et la seconde zone de collage (40) à une seconde température pour former le module d'affichage souple. Le module d'affichage souple formé par le procédé de collage de module d'affichage souple a un haut rendement.
