Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a serum-free culture method for human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (hUC-MSC), said method using a step-by-step method to culture hUC-MSC: first using a TME culture medium for culturing for 3-4 hours to promote hUC-MSC adherence, and then switching to a TMD culture medium for rapid amplification.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de culture sans sérum de cellules souches mésenchymateuses de cordon ombilical humain (CSM COh), ledit procédé utilisant un procédé par étape de culture de CSM COh : utilisation dans un premier temps d'un milieu de culture TME pendant 3 à 4 heures pour favoriser l'adhérence des CSM COh, avant de passer à un milieu de culture TMD pour l'amplification rapide.
