Abstract:
(EN) A method for manufacturing a heat-resistant flexible continuous composite lining tube comprises the following steps: weaving a reinforcement layer; using a drawing mechanism to draw the woven layer; extruding, by an inner layer extruder and a mold, an inner layer out of an opening on a top of the woven layer; applying a drawing force to cause the woven layer to pass through a heater; and during a process of plasticizing the inner layer, extruding an outer layer by an outer coating extruder and a mold. The method integrally forms a flexible tube by adhering rubber to the reinforcement layer via heating. The flexible tube of the invention can be installed conveniently, and has a high pressure-bearing capacity. After being installed, the flexible tube does not burst even if a fluid penetrates to the reinforcement layer. The flexible tube can be used at a temperature up to 150ºC .
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de fabriquer un tubage composite continu flexible thermorésistant qui comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : tisser une couche de renforcement ; utiliser un mécanisme de traction pour tirer la couche tissée ; extruder, au moyen d'une extrudeuse de couche interne et d'un moule, une couche interne hors d'une ouverture sur une partie supérieure de la couche tissée ; appliquer une force de traction pour amener la couche tissée à passer à travers un dispositif de chauffage ; et pendant un procédé de plastification de la couche interne, extruder une couche externe au moyen d'une extrudeuse de revêtement externe et d'un moule. Le procédé forme d'un seul tenant un tube flexible en faisant adhérer du caoutchouc à la couche de renfort par chauffage. Le tube flexible de l'invention peut être installé de manière pratique et présente une grande capacité de résistance à la pression. Après être installé, le tube flexible n'éclate pas même si un fluide pénètre dans la couche de renforcement. Le tube flexible peut être utilisé à une température allant jusqu'à 150 °C.
(ZH) 一种耐温连续复合内衬软管的制造方法,包括如下步骤:编织增强层,然后用牵引机牵着编织层,在编织层上方在编织层口由内层的挤出机和模具挤出内层,在牵引力作用下编织层经过加热器,在内层塑化过程中由外涂的挤出机与模具挤出外层。所述方法采用一次成形,通过加热橡胶使之与增强层粘合,所得软管十分柔软,安装方便,且承受能力高,使用过程中即便流体渗透到增强层中也不影响爆破,最高使用温度可达150℃。
