Abstract:
(EN) The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a carbonate diester, wherein a liquid catalyst used in the production of the carbonate diester from reaction of an alcohol, carbon monoxide and oxygen is included. The liquid catalyst comprises a copper compound, a nitrogen-containing cyclic compound and a glycol ether, wherein the copper compound is in a dissolved state in the solution constituting the liquid catalyst. The liquid catalyst of the present invention can selectively promote the reaction that generates the carbonate diester and allow easy recovery of the carbonate diester from the resulting products of the reaction. The reaction liquid obtained with the liquid catalyst of the present invention is a homogeneous solution free of solids. Thus, it is possible to directly distill the solution and easily obtain the carbon diester in high purity.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un diester de carbonate, ledit procédé impliquant un catalyseur liquide utilisé pour produire le diester de carbonate par réaction d'un alcool, de monoxyde de carbone et d'oxygène. Le catalyseur liquide comprend un composé de cuivre, un composé cyclique contenant de l'azote et un éther de glycol, le composé de cuivre étant à l'état dissous dans la solution constituant le catalyseur liquide. Le catalyseur liquide de la présente invention peut favoriser sélectivement la réaction générant le diester de carbonate et permettre une récupération aisée du diester de carbonate à partir des produits issus de la réaction. Le liquide de réaction obtenu avec le catalyseur liquide de la présente invention est une solution homogène exempte de solides. Il est ainsi possible de distiller directement la solution et d'obtenir facilement le diester de carbone avec une pureté élevée.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种碳酸二酯的制造方法,该方法包括醇和一氧化碳及氧气反应制造碳酸二酯时所用的液体催化剂,它包括铜化合物、环状含氮化合物及甘醇醚,含有溶解状态上述铜化合物的溶液组成的液体催化剂,使其与醇和一氧化碳及氧气进行反应。本发明的液体催化剂,能够选择性地促进碳酸二酯的生成反应,而且能够很容易地从得到的反应生成物中回收碳酸二酯。用本发明的液体催化剂得到的反应生成液是不含固体物的均匀的溶液,所以有可能直接进行蒸馏,能够容易地得到高纯度的碳酸二酯。
