Abstract:
(EN) Devices and methods for photoacoustic tomography are disclosed herein. One exemplary photoacoustic tomography device uses a laser to produce acoustic waves in a sample. A transducer receives the acoustic waves through a slit formed by one or more blades positioned substantially parallel to the receiving aperture of the transducer. An acoustic absorber is affixed to each of the one or more blades along a surface proximal to the transducer. A processor acquires acoustic data and reconstructs photoacoustic tomographic images based on the acquired data. Reconstructing the image involves setting reconstruction parameters, defining a reconstruction area, reconstruction position, and pixel size, and calculating an acoustic travelling path for the sample to each transducer element. The acoustic travelling paths are saved into a three-dimensional array.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des dispositifs et des procédés de tomographie photoacoustique. Un dispositif de tomographie photoacoustique exemplaire utilise un laser pour produire des ondes acoustiques dans un échantillon. Un transducteur reçoit les ondes acoustiques à travers une fente formée par une ou plusieurs lames positionnées de façon sensiblement parallèle à l'ouverture de réception du transducteur. Un absorbeur acoustique est fixé à chacune des une ou plusieurs lames le long d'une surface proximale par rapport au transducteur. Un processeur acquiert des données acoustiques et reconstruit des images tomographiques photoacoustiques sur la base des données acquises. La reconstruction de l'image met en œuvre la définition de paramètres de reconstruction, la définition d’une zone de reconstruction, d’une position de reconstruction, et de taille de pixel, et le calcul d’un trajet de déplacement acoustique pour l'échantillon vers chaque élément transducteur. Les trajets de déplacement acoustique sont enregistrés dans un réseau tridimensionnel.
