Abstract:
(EN) A living plant can function as self-powered auto-samplers and preconcentrators of an analyte within ambient groundwater, detectors of the analyte contained therein. For example, a pair of near infrared (IR) fluorescent sensors embedded within the mesophyll of the plant leaf can be used as detectors of the nitroaromatic molecules, with the first IR channel engineered through CoPhMoRe to recognize analyte via an IR fluorescent emission and the second IR channel including a functionalized nanostructure that acts as an invariant reference signal.
(FR) Selon l'invention, une plante vivante peut servir d'auto-échantillonneur autonome et de préconcentrateur d'un analyte dans les eaux souterraines ambiantes grâce aux détecteurs de l'analyte qu'elle contient. Par exemple, une paire de capteurs fluorescents dans le proche infrarouge (IR) incorporés dans le mésophylle d'une feuille de plante peuvent être utilisés comme détecteurs des molécules nitroaromatiques, le premier canal IR étant modifié par CoPhMoRe pour reconnaître l'analyte par l'intermédiaire d'une émission fluorescente IR et le second canal IR comprenant une nanostructure fonctionnalisée qui agit comme un signal de référence invariant.
