Abstract:
(EN) This document describes biochemical pathways for producing 7-aminoheptanoic acid using a β-ketoacyl synthase or a β-keioihiolase to form an N-acetyl-5-amino-3- oxopentanoyl-CoA intermediate. 7-aminoheptanoic acid can be enzymatieally converted to pimelic acid, 7-hydroxyheptanoic acid, heptamethylenediamine or 1,7-heptanediol or corresponding salts thereof. This document also describes recombinant microorganisms producing 7-aminoheptanoic acid as well as pimelic acid, 7-hydroxyheptanoic acid, heptamethylenediamine and 1,7-heptanediol or corresponding salts thereof.
(FR) L'invention concerne des voies biochimiques de production d'acide 7-aminoheptanoïque au moyen d'une synthase β-cétoacyle ou d'une β-cétothiolase pour former un intermédiaire de N-acétyl-5-amino-3-oxopentanoyl-CoA. L'acide 7-aminoheptanoïque peut être converti par voie enzymatique en acide pimélique, en acide 7-hydroxyheptanoïque, en heptaméthylènediamine ou en 1,7-heptanediol ou en leurs sels correspondants. L'invention concerne également des micro-organismes recombinants produisant de l'acide 7-aminoheptanoïque ainsi que de l'acide pimélique, de l'acide 7-hydroxyheptanoïque, de l'heptaméthylènediamine et du 1,7-heptanediol, ou leurs sels correspondants.
