Abstract:
(EN) In one embodiment, the present invention provides a method, comprising: a. adding an effective amount of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a substituted catechol, nitroxide free radicals, a compound of Formula 2, 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-l-oxyl, phenol, hydroxylamine, and phenylene diamine to a solution of a monomer selected from the group consisting of acrylonitrile, acrylic acid, vinylacetate, acrylates and acrolein; b. placing the monomer solution containing the at least one compound in a pressure vessel, pressurizing the pressure vessel and removing oxygen from the pressure vessel; and c. heating the monomer solution containing the at least one compound, wherein the at least one compound inhibits fouling by preventing polymerization of the monomer.
(FR) Dans un mode de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un procédé comprenant les étapes suivants: a. ajouter une quantité efficace d'au moins un composé choisi dans le groupe constitué par un catéchol substitué, des radicaux nitroxydes libres, un composé de Formule 2, du 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tétraméthylpipéridine-1-oxyle, du phénol, de l'hydroxylamine, et de la diamine phénylène, à une solution d'un monomère choisi dans le groupe constitué par de l'acrylonitrile, de l'acide acrylique, de l'acétate de vinyle, des acrylates et de l'acroléine; b. placer la solution de monomère contenant ledit au moins un composé dans un récipient à pression, mettre ce dernier sous pression et éliminer l'oxygène du récipient; et c. chauffer ladite solution de monomère, dans laquelle ledit au moins un composé inhibe l'encrassement par prévention de la polymérisation du monomère.
