(EN) A rotating dual-electrode infrared cell for in situ electrochemical attenuated-total-reflection infrared spectroscopy (ATR-IRS) comprising: a first and second prism; a first and second thin metal film, wherein the first thin metal film is coated on a surface of the first prism and the second thin metal film is coated on a surface of the second prism; an ion exchange membrane; and a first and second cell body, wherein each cell body comprises an inlet and outlet.
