Abstract:
(EN) The present invention which relates to the shoe-upper which is manufactured as a single piece through injection (plastic injection) of thermoplastics (top material) such as PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) etc. on the genuine leather, artificial leather and all types of textile and woven product (base material) placed in prefabricated moulds and blocks and the manufacturing method with respect to the mentioned shoe-upper is generally composed of; the shoe-upper mould (1) enabling the manufacture of a single piece shoe- upper (5) in the desired color, texture, effect, design and material through plastic injection application; the mould shoe-upper gap (1.1) providing the manufacturing of a single piece shoe-upper (5) in the desired color, texture, effect, design and material, in the shoe-upper mould (1); color surface (1.1.1) providing the formation of the colored parts (5.1) on the shoe-upper (5) surface; texture surface (1.1.2) providing the formation of the texture parts (5.2) on the shoe-upper (5) surface; bright surface (1.1.3) providing the formation of polished parts (5.3) on the shoe-upper (5) surface; design surface (1.1.4) providing the formation of design parts (5.4) on the shoe-upper (5) surface; base material (3) of genuine leather, artificial leather and/or any type of textile and woven product placed in the shoe-upper mould (l) before the plastic injection application; shoe-upper top material (4) of thermoplastic material such as PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) etc., which is injected into the shoe-upper mould (1) by plastic injection application and which welds with the base material (3) by filling the shoe-upper mould gap (1.1); injection holes (1.2) providing the injection of the melted shoe-upper top material (4.1) into the shoe-upper mould (1); injection channels (1.4) providing the melted shoe-upper top material (4.1) from the injection end (6) to reach the injection holes (1.2).
(FR) La présente invention concerne une tige de chaussure qui est fabriquée d’une seule pièce par injection (injection de plastique) de thermoplastiques (matériau supérieur) tel que le PVC (polychlorure de vinyle), TPU (polyuréthane thermoplastique), etc., sur du cuir véritable, du cuir artificiel et tous les types de produit textile et tissé (matériau de base) placés dans des moules et des blocs préfabriqués et le procédé de fabrication de la tige de chaussure mentionnée est généralement composé des étapes suivantes : le moule de tige supérieur (1) permettant la fabrication d’une tige de chaussure monobloc unique (5) de couleur, texture, effet, motif et matériau souhaités par application d’injection de plastique ; l’écartement de moule de tige de chaussure (1.1) permettant la fabrication d’une tige de chaussure monobloc (5) de couleur, texture, effet, motif et matériau souhaités, dans le moule de tige supérieure (1) ; une surface colorée (1.1.1) permettant la formation des parties colorées (5.1) sur la surface de la tige de chaussure (5) ; une surface texturée (1.1.2) permettant la formation des parties texturées (5.2) sur la surface de la tige de chaussure (5) ; une surface brillante (1.1.3) permettant la formation de parties polies (5.3) sur la surface de la tige de chaussure (5) ; une surface de motif (1.1.4) permettant la formation de parties de motif (5.4) sur la surface de la tige de chaussure (5) ; un matériau de base (3) de cuir véritable, cuir artificiel et/ou un type quelconque de produit textile et tissé placé dans le moule de tige de chaussure (l) avant l’application d’injection de plastique ; un matériau supérieur de tige de chaussure (4) de matériau thermoplastique tel que le PVC (polychlorure de vinyle), TPU (polyuréthane thermoplastique), etc., qui est injecté dans le moule de tige de chaussure (l) par application d’injection de matière plastique et qui se soude avec le matériau de base (3) en remplissant l’écartement de moule de tige de chaussure (l.l) ; des trous d’injection (1.2) permettant l’injection du matériau supérieur de tige de chaussure fondu (4.1) dans le moule de tige de chaussure (l) ; des canaux d’injection (1.4) permettant au matériau supérieur de tige de chaussure fondu (4.1) provenant de l’extrémité d’injection (6) d'atteindre les trous d’injection (1.2).
