Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to methods that are useful for determining the prognosis of an individual diagnosed with breast cancer, by means of determining the level of expression of miRNA signatures associated with the core phenotype in breast cancer cells, comprising the following miRNAs: hsa-miR-224, hsa-miR-372, hsa-miR-10b, hsa-miR-548a, hsa-miR-589, hsa-miR-127, hsa-miR-133a, hsa-miR-135b and hsa-miR-189/hsa-miR-24-1, or a subset thereof, comparing same with expression profiles of said signature type and calculating the prognosis.
(ES) La presente invención se refiere a métodos útiles para determinar el pronóstico de un individuo diagnosticado con cáncer de mama, mediante la determinación del nivel de expresión de una firma de miRNAs asociados al fenotipo troncal en células de cáncer de mama que comprende miRNAs hsa-miR-224, hsa-miR-372, hsa-miR-10b, hsa-miR-548a, hsa-miR-589, hsa-miR-127, hsa-miR-133a, hsa-miR-135b y hsa-miR-189/hsa-miR-24-1 o un subconjunto de la misma, su comparación con perfiles de expresión tipo de dicha firma y el cálculo del pronóstico.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des procédés utiles pour la détermination du pronostic concernant un individu diagnostiqué avec un cancer du sein, par détermination du niveau d'expression d'une signature de micro-ARN associés au phénotype souche dans des cellules du cancer du sein qui comprend des micro-ARN hsa-miR-224, hsa-miR-372, hsa-miR-10b, hsa-miR-548a, hsa-miR-589, hsa-miR-127, hsa-miR-133a, hsa-miR-135b y hsa-miR-189/hsa-miR-24-1 ou un sous-ensemble de ceux-ci, par comparaison de ceux-ci avec des profils d'expression type de ladite signature et par calcul du pronostic.
