Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an arc-suppression type direct current circuit breaker using a semiconductor switch. An arc-suppression type direct current circuit breaker using a semiconductor switch according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a semiconductor switch which is turned on or off to supply or cut off direct current power to a load; a mechanical contact switch connected in parallel with the semiconductor switch; a sequential controller for sequentially controlling, when a first push switch is selected, the semiconductor switch to be turned on and the mechanical contact switch to be turned on after passage of a first set time and, when a second push switch is selected, the mechanical contact switch to be turned off and the semiconductor switch to be turned off after passage of a second set time; and a main controller for detecting a load current of the load and, when the load current is equal to or larger than a threshold value, controlling the sequential controller to sequentially turn off the mechanical contact switch and the semiconductor switch, wherein the semiconductor switch is turned on or off by the direct current power applied or cut off according to sequential control of the sequential controller .
(FR) L'invention concerne un disjoncteur à courant continu du type à extinction d'arc utilisant un interrupteur à semi-conducteur. Le disjoncteur à courant continu du type à extinction d'arc utilisant un interrupteur à semi-conducteur selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : un interrupteur à semi-conducteur qui est mis à l'état passant ou bloqué pour permettre ou interrompre la circulation d'un courant continu vers une charge ; un interrupteur à contact mécanique connecté en parallèle avec l'interrupteur à semi-conducteur ; un dispositif de commande séquentielle pour commander séquentiellement, lorsqu'un premier interrupteur à poussoir est sélectionné, la mise à l'état passant de l'interrupteur à semi-conducteur et la mise à l'état passant de l'interrupteur à contact mécanique après écoulement d'une première durée définie et, lorsqu'un second interrupteur à poussoir est sélectionné, la mise à l'état bloqué de l'interrupteur à contact mécanique et la mise à l'état bloqué de l'interrupteur à semi-conducteur après écoulement d'une seconde durée définie ; et un dispositif de commande principal pour détecter un courant de charge de la charge et, lorsque le courant de charge est supérieur ou égal à une valeur seuil, commander le dispositif de commande séquentielle pour mettre séquentiellement à l'état bloqué l'interrupteur à contact mécanique et l'interrupteur à semi-conducteur, l'interrupteur à semi-conducteur étant mis à l'état passant ou bloqué par le courant continu appliqué ou interrompu conformément à la commande séquentielle du dispositif de commande séquentielle.
(KO) 반도체 스위치를 사용한 아크억제형 직류차단기가 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 반도체 스위치를 사용한 아크억제형 직류차단기는 직류전원을 부하로 공급하거나 차단하도록 온오프되는 반도체 스위치; 상기 반도체 스위치와 병렬로 연결되는 기계적 접점 스위치; 제1누름 스위치의 선택에 따라 상기 반도체 스위치가 온되고 제1설정 시간 경과 후에 상기 기계적 접점 스위치가 온되고, 제2누름 스위치의 선택에 따라 상기 기계적 접점 스위치가 오프되고 제2설정 시간 경과 후에 상기 반도체 스위치가 오프되도록 순차적으로 제어하는 순차제어기; 및 상기 순차제어기의 순차 제어에 따라 상기 직류전원이 인가되거나 차단되어 상기 반도체 스위치가 온오프되고, 상기 부하의 부하전류를 감지하여 임계값 이상인 경우 상기 기계적 접점 스위치 및 상기 반도체 스위치가 순차적으로 오프되도록 상기 순차제어기를 제어하는 주제어기를 포함한다.
