Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an increasing method for increasing the content of coumestrol of germinated and fermented beans by germinating and fermenting beans and then irradiating visible light thereto by means of light emitting diodes, and germinated and fermented beans produced thereby.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'augmentation pour augmenter la teneur en coumestrol de haricots germés et fermentés par germination et fermentation de haricots, puis irradiation de lumière visible sur ces derniers au moyen de diodes électroluminescentes, et des haricots germés et fermentés produits par ce dernier.
(KO) 본 발명은 콩을 발아 및 발효시킨 후 발광다이오드에 의한 가시광선의 조사를 통하여 발아 발효콩의 쿠메스테롤의 함량을 증대시키는 증대방법 및 이에 의하여 생산된 발아 발효콩에 대한 것이다.
