Abstract:
(EN) A method and an apparatus for bonding and/or debonding a flexible substrate to/from a carrier substrate comprise enabling a first plate, which supports the carrier substrate, to move relative to a second plate, which fixes or releases the flexible substrate, in order to bond and/or debond the flexible substrate to/from the carrier substrate.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil permettant de coller et/ou décoller un substrat flexible sur/d'un substrat de support, comprenant le fait de laisser se déplacer une première plaque, qui supporte le substrat de support, par rapport à une seconde plaque, qui fixe ou libère le substrat flexible, afin de coller et/ou décoller le substrat flexible sur le/du substrat de support.
(KO) 캐리어 기판에/으로부터 유연성 기판을 접합 및/또는 탈접합하는 방법 및 장치는, 캐리어 기판에/으로부터 유연성 기판을 접합 및/또는 탈접합시키기 위하여, 캐리어 기판을 지지하는 제1 플레이트를 유연성 기판을 고정 및 해제하는 제2 플레이트에 대하여 상대 운동시키는것을 포함한다.
