Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a steel wire rod having excellent low temperature impact toughness and a manufacturing method therefor. The steel wire rod having excellent low temperature impact toughness according to an embodiment of the present invention contains, by weight%, carbon (C): 0.40-0.90%, silicon (Si): 0.5-1.0%, manganese (Mn): 11-25%, copper (Cu): 1.0-3.0%, phosphorus (P): 0.020% or less, sulfur (S): 0.020% or less, aluminum (Al): 0.010-0.050%, nitrogen (N): 0.0010-0.0050%, and the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities. The steel wire rod has a microstructure which contains an austenite phase having an area fraction of 95% or more, and a volume fraction of a deformation twin formed in an austenite grain is 1-8%. Therefore, it is possible to provide a steel wire rod having excellent low temperature impact toughness used in industrial machines or automobile parts, etc.
(FR) L'invention concerne un fil machine en acier ayant une excellente résistance aux chocs à basse température et son procédé de fabrication. Le fil machine en acier ayant une excellente résistance aux chocs à basse température, selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention contient, en pourcentage pondéral, de 0,40 à 0,90 % de carbone (C), de 0,5 à 1,0 % de silicium (Si), de 11 à 25 % de manganèse (Mn), de 1,0 à 3,0 % de cuivre (Cu), de 0,020 % ou moins de phosphore (P), de 0,020 % ou moins de soufre (S), de 0,010 à 0,050 % d'aluminium (Al), de 0,0010 à 0,0050 % d'azote (N), le reste étant du Fe et des impuretés inévitables. Le fil machine en acier présente une microstructure contenant une phase austénitique représentant une fraction surfacique de 95 % ou plus, et une fraction volumique d'une macle de déformation formée dans un grain d'austénite va de 1 à 8 %. Il est ainsi possible de fournir un fil machine en acier ayant une excellente résistance aux chocs à basse température qui peut être utilisé dans des machines industrielles, des pièces automobiles, etc.
(KO) 저온 충격 인성이 우수한 강 선재 및 이를 제조하는 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 저온 충격 인성이 우수한 강 선재는, 중량%로, 탄소(C): 0.40~0.90%, 실리콘(Si): 0.5~1.0%, 망간(Mn): 11~25%, 구리(Cu): 1.0~3.0%, 인(P): 0.020% 이하, 황(S): 0.020% 이하, 알루미늄(Al): 0.010~0.050%, 질소(N): 0.0010~0.0050%, 나머지는 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 미세조직은 면적분율로 95% 이상의 오스테나이트 상을 포함하고, 상기 오스테나이트 결정립내에 형성된 변형 쌍정의 부피 분율이 1~8% 이다. 따라서, 산업기계 또는 자동차 부품 등에 사용되는 저온 충격 인성이 우수한 강 선재를 제공할 수 있다.
