Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a nickel-plated, heat-treated steel sheet (1) for battery cans having a 4.4-26.7 g/m2 nickel layer upon a steel sheet (11) and being characterized by the difference (D2 - D1) between a depth (D1) at which the Fe strength indicates a first prescribed value and a depth (D2) at which the Ni strength indicates a second prescribed value being less than 0.04 µm, when the Fe strength and the Ni strength are continuously measured from the surface of the nickel-plated, heat-treated steel sheet for battery cans, in the depth direction, by using a high-frequency glow discharge emission spectrophotometer.
(FR) Cette invention concerne une tôle d'acier plaqué nickel traitée thermiquement (1) pour boîtiers de batteries, comprenant une couche de nickel de 4,4 à 26,7 g/m2 sur une tôle d'acier (11) caractérisée en ce que la différence (D2 - D1) entre une profondeur (D1) à laquelle la résistance du Fe indique une première valeur prescrite et une profondeur (D2) à laquelle la résistance du Ni indique une seconde valeur prescrite est inférieure à 0,04 µm, lorsque la résistance du Fe et la résistance du Ni sont mesurées en continu à partir de la surface de la tôle d'acier plaqué nickel traitée thermiquement pour boîtiers de batteries, dans la direction de la profondeur, par spectromètre d'émission à décharge à haute fréquence.
(JA) 電池缶用ニッケルめっき熱処理鋼板(1)であって、鋼板(11)上に4.4~26.7g/mのニッケル層を有し、高周波グロー放電発光分光分析装置によって前記電池缶用ニッケルめっき熱処理鋼板の表面から深さ方向に向かってFe強度およびNi強度を連続的に測定した際において、Fe強度が第1所定値を示す深さ(D1)と、Ni強度が第2所定値を示す深さ(D2)との差分(D2-D1)が0.04μm未満であることを特徴とする電池缶用ニッケルめっき熱処理鋼板(1)を提供する。
