Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a rolling rod for a cold-forged thermally refined article, the rolling rod having superior cold workability, and, when subjected to cold forging and thermal refining, a high strength and superior anti hydrogen embrittlement properties. A rolling rod for a cold-forged thermally refined article according to the present invention contains, in terms of % by mass: 0.22-0.40 % C; 0.35-1.5 % Si; 0.20-0.40 % Mn; less than 0.020 % P; less than 0.015 % S; 0.70-1.45 % Cr; 0.005-0.060 % Al; 0.01-0.05 % Ti; 0.0003-0.0040 % B; 0.0020-0.0080 % N; and less than or equal to 0.0020 % O, wherein the balance includes Fe and impurities. The rolling rod has a chemical composition that satisfies expressions (1) and (2), wherein the total fractional area of proeutectoid ferrite and perlite is 90 % or greater, the fractional area of the proeutectoid ferrite is 30 % or greater, and the tensile strength is 700 MPa or less. 0.50 ≤ C + Si/10 + Mn/5 + 5Cr/22 ≤ 0.85 (1) Si/Mn > 1.0 (2)
(FR) L'invention concerne une barre de laminage pour article forgé à froid affiné thermiquement, la barre de laminage ayant une excellente aptitude au façonnage à froid et, quand elle est soumise à un forgeage à froid et à un affinage thermique, une résistance élevée et des propriétés supérieures de résistance à la fragilisation par l'hydrogène. Une barre de laminage pour article forgé à froid affiné thermiquement selon la présente invention contient, en termes de % en masse : 0,22 à 0,40 % de C; 0,35 à 1,5 % de Si; 0,20 à 0,40 % de Mn; moins de 0,020 % de P; moins de 0,015 % de S; 0,70 à 1,45 % de Cr; 0,005 à 0,060 % d'Al; 0,01 à 0,05 % de Ti; 0,0003 à 0,0040 % de B; 0,0020 à 0,0080 % de N; et une quantité inférieure ou égale à 0,0020 % de O, le reste étant constitué de Fe et d'impuretés.
