Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a highly biodegradable molded body that has an excellent water resistance. The present invention also addresses the problem of providing a molded body that has good surface characteristics (moldability) and excellent design properties. The present invention pertains to a molded body and a manufacturing method for the molded body, said molded body containing a fiber-reinforced plastic domain and a resin domain that comes into contact with at least one face side of the fiber-reinforced plastic domain. The molded body is characterized in that the fiber-reinforced plastic domain contains a thermoplastic resin and a reinforcing fiber derived from an organic resource, and in that the content of the reinforcing fiber derived from an organic resource is at least 5 mass% relative to the total mass of the fiber-reinforced plastic domain.
(FR) Le problème traité par la présente invention consiste à fournir un corps moulé hautement biodégradable qui présente une excellente résistance à l'eau. Un autre problème traité par la présente invention consiste à fournir un corps moulé qui présente de bonnes caractéristiques de surface (aptitude au moulage) et d'excellentes propriétés de conception. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un corps moulé et un procédé de fabrication pour le corps moulé, ledit corps moulé contenant un domaine de plastique renforcé par des fibres et un domaine de résine qui vient en contact avec au moins un côté de face du domaine de plastique renforcé par des fibres. Le corps moulé est caractérisé en ce que le domaine de plastique renforcé par des fibres contient une résine thermoplastique et une fibre de renfort dérivée d'une ressource organique et en ce que la teneur en fibre de renfort dérivée d'une ressource organique est au moins 5 % en masse par rapport à la masse totale du domaine de plastique renforcé par des fibres.
(JA) 本発明は、生分解性の高い成形体であって、優れた耐水性を有する成形体を提供することを課題とする。また、本発明は、成形体の表面性状(成形性)が良好であり、かつ意匠性にも優れた成形体を提供することを課題とする。本発明は、繊維強化プラスチック領域と、繊維強化プラスチック領域の少なくとも一方の面側に接する樹脂領域とを含む成形体であって、繊維強化プラスチック領域は、有機資源由来の強化繊維と、熱可塑性樹脂とを含み、有機資源由来の強化繊維の含有量は、繊維強化プラスチック領域の全質量に対して5質量%以上であることを特徴とする成形体及び該成形体の製造方法に関する。
