Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a position detection device that makes it possible to reduce the influence of temperature on a signal output from a magnetoresistive element when a magnetic scale is read. Specifically, a magnetic encoder device 1 (the position detection device) comprises a magnetic scale 2 and a magnetic sensor 3 that detects the position of the magnetic scale 2. The magnetic sensor 3 is provided with: a sensor substrate 12; a first magnetoresistive element 45 for magnetic field detection and a second magnetoresistive element 46 for magnetic field detection that read the magnetic scale 2 toward a magnetosensitive direction in a relative movement direction Z on the sensor substrate 12 and output a signal; and a first magnetoresistive element 51 for temperature correction and a second magnetoresistive element 52 for temperature correction that face the magnetosensitive direction in an orthogonal direction Y orthogonal to the relative movement direction Z on the sensor substrate 12. The magnetic sensor 3 corrects a differential signal D from the magnetoresistive elements 45, 46 for magnetic field detection by a differential signal (a midpoint voltage T for temperature correction) from the magnetoresistive elements 51, 52 for temperature correction.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de détection de position qui permet de réduire l’influence de la température sur une sortie de signal d’un élément magnétorésistif lorsqu’une échelle magnétique est lue. Spécifiquement, un dispositif de codeur magnétique 1 (le dispositif de détection de position) comprend une échelle magnétique 2 et un capteur magnétique 3 qui détecte la position de l’échelle magnétique 2. Le capteur magnétique 3 est pourvu de : un substrat de capteur 12 ; un premier élément magnétorésistif 45 pour détection de champ magnétique et un deuxième élément magnétorésistif 46 pour détection de champ magnétique qui lisent l’échelle magnétique 2 dans une direction magnétosensible dans une direction de déplacement relatif Z sur le substrat de capteur 12 et délivrent en sortie un signal ; et un premier élément magnétorésistif 51 pour correction de température et un deuxième élément magnétorésistif 52 pour correction de température qui sont orientés dans la direction magnétosensible dans une direction orthogonale Y orthogonale à la direction de déplacement relatif Z sur le substrat de capteur 12. Le capteur magnétique 3 corrige un signal différentiel D provenant des éléments magnétorésistifs 45, 46 pour détection de champ magnétique par un signal différentiel (une tension centrale T pour correction de température) provenant des éléments magnétorésistifs 51, 52 pour correction de température.
(JA) 磁気スケールを読み取ったときに磁気抵抗素子から出力される信号に対する温度の影響を低減できる位置検出装置を提供すること。具体的には、磁気式エンコーダ装置1(位置検出装置)は、磁気スケール2と磁気スケール2の位置を検出する磁気センサ装置3を有する。磁気センサ装置3は、センサ基板12と、センサ基板12上で相対移動方向Zに感磁方向を向け磁気スケール2を読み取って信号を出力する磁界検出用第1磁気抵抗素子45および磁界検出用第2磁気抵抗素子46と、センサ基板12上で相対移動方向Zと直交する直交方向Yに感磁方向を向ける温度補正用第1磁気抵抗素子51および温度補正用第2磁気抵抗素子52を備える。磁気センサ装置3は、磁界検出用磁気抵抗素子45、46からの差動信号Dを、温度補正用磁気抵抗素子51、52からの差動信号(温度補正用中点電圧T)によって補正する。
