Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an energy degrader having a degrading member which becomes less radioactive than known degrading members. This degrading member (11) is a graphite film. The thermal conductivity of the graphite film in the film surface direction is 1200 W/(m·K) or more, and the thickness of the graphite film is in the range of 0.1 μm to 50 μm inclusive.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de dégradation d'énergie possédant un élément de dégradation qui devient moins radioactif que les éléments de dégradation connus. Ledit élément de dégradation (11) est un film de graphite. La conductivité thermique du film de graphite dans le sens de la surface du film est supérieure ou égale à 1200 W/ (m·K) et l'épaisseur du film de graphite est dans la plage de 0,1 à 50 µm inclus.
(JA) 従来よりも放射能化の程度が小さい減衰部材を有するエネルギーデグレーダを提供する。減衰部材(11)は、グラファイト膜であり、前記グラファイト膜の膜面方向の熱伝導度は、1200W/(m・K)以上であり、前記グラファイト膜の厚さは、0.1μm以上、50μm以下である。
