Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a shaft and a seal structure with which it is possible to reduce sliding resistance of a seal ring regardless of friction over time on a side surface of the seal ring. This shaft 200 rotates relative to a housing 300, and the outer peripheral side of the shaft is provided with an annular groove 210 into which is fitted a resin seal ring 400 for sealing an annular gap between the housing 300 and the seal ring 400 and maintaining pressure of a fluid to be sealed; wherein a side wall surface 213 against which the seal ring 400 slides in the annular groove 210 is made of metal, and formed in the side wall surface 213 is a dynamic pressure generation groove 220 for generating dynamic pressure by means of the fluid to be sealed, which is guided in during relative rotation.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un arbre et une structure de joint d’étanchéité avec lesquels il est possible de réduire la résistance au glissement d’une bague d’étanchéité indépendamment du frottement au cours du temps sur une surface latérale de la bague d’étanchéité. Cet arbre 200 tourne par rapport à un boîtier 300, et le côté périphérique externe de l’arbre est pourvu d’une rainure annulaire 210 dans laquelle est ajustée une bague d’étanchéité en résine 400 pour étanchéifier un espacement annulaire entre le boîtier 300 et la bague d’étanchéité 400 et maintenir une pression d’un fluide devant être étanchéifié ; une surface de paroi latérale 213 contre laquelle la bague d’étanchéité 400 coulisse dans la rainure annulaire 210 étant constituée de métal, et il est formé dans la surface de paroi latérale 213 une rainure de génération de pression dynamique 220 pour générer une pression dynamique au moyen du fluide devant être étanchéifié, qui est guidée pendant une rotation relative.
(JA) シールリングの側面の経時的な摩耗に関わらず、シールリングの摺動抵抗を低減させることのできる軸及び密封構造を提供する。ハウジング300に対して相対的に回転する軸であって、ハウジングと300の間の環状隙間を封止して密封対象流体の圧力を保持する樹脂製のシールリング400が装着される環状溝210をその外周側に備える軸200において、環状溝210におけるシールリング400が摺動する側壁面213が金属で構成され、側壁面213に相対的な回転時に導入される密封対象流体によって動圧を発生させる動圧発生溝220が形成されている。
