Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a gas-liquid separation device with which it is possible to send air downstream from a filter even when the filter is clogged. An oil mist separator is provided with: a housing (20) having a first port (26), a second port (27), and a space (45) for collecting a drain liquid; and a filter unit (50) provided inside the housing (20). The oil mist separator is furthermore provided with: a bypass channel (64) branched off from a first passage (33), the bypass channel allowing the first-port (26) side and the second-port (27) side to communicate with each other; and a valve mechanism (60) provided to the bypass channel (64), the valve mechanism (60) opening when the pressure upstream from the filter unit (50) is greater than or equal to a prescribed value. When the pressure upstream from the filter unit (50) is greater than or equal to the prescribed value, the air supplied from the first port (26) is discharged from the second port (27) through the bypass channel (64) and the space (45).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de séparation gaz-liquide avec lequel il est possible d'envoyer de l'air en aval à partir d'un filtre même lorsque le filtre est colmaté. Un séparateur de brouillard d'huile comporte : un logement (20) comportant un premier orifice (26), un second orifice (27) et un espace (45) pour recueillir un liquide de purge ; et une unité de filtre (50) prévue à l'intérieur du logement (20). Le séparateur de brouillard d'huile comporte en outre : un canal de dérivation (64) ramifié à partir d'un premier passage (33), le canal de dérivation permettant au côté premier orifice (26) et au côté second orifice (27) de communiquer l'un avec l'autre ; et un mécanisme de soupape (60) prévu sur le canal de dérivation (64), le mécanisme de soupape (60) s'ouvrant lorsque la pression en amont de l'unité de filtre (50) est supérieure ou égale à une valeur prescrite. Lorsque la pression en amont de l'unité de filtre (50) est supérieure ou égale à la valeur prescrite, l'air fourni à partir du premier orifice (26) est évacué à partir du second orifice (27) par le biais du canal de dérivation (64) et de l'espace (45).
