Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide an oil composition in which oxidation of oil is inhibited and an oxidation inhibiting method of oil. [Solution] This oil composition includes an oil, an ionic surfactant, and a polyhydric alcohol, the oil composition having an L2-L1 value calculated by the method below being positive. L1 value: value of lightness of the oil composition. L2 value: value of lightness of an emulsion obtained by adding 100 mass times of fresh water to the oil composition.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une composition d'huile dans laquelle l'oxydation de l'huile est inhibée, et un procédé d'inhibition d'oxydation d'huile. La solution de l'invention consiste en une composition d'huile comprenant une huile, un tensioactif ionique et un polyol, la composition d'huile ayant une valeur L2-L1 positive, telle que calculée par la méthode ci-dessous. Valeur L1 : valeur de légèreté de la composition d'huile. Valeur L2 : valeur de légèreté d'une émulsion obtenue en ajoutant une quantité d'eau douce de 100 fois en masse à la composition d'huile.
