Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] The present invention provides an injection molding machine and screw therefor with which, when mixing reinforcing fibers in a molten resin and injection molding same, the reinforcing fibers can be uniformly dispersed in the molten resin. [Solution] For a screw 7 provided in an injection molding machine 1, a kneading section 17 is provided on the downstream side of a compressing section 18. Three helical scrapers 17a (x, y, z) are provided in the kneading section 17 and three grooves 17b, 17b', which are helically disposed in the opposite or the same direction as the orientation of said scrapers 17a, 17a', are formed. As a result of said grooves 17b, 17b', it is possible to keep the fiber lengths of the reinforcing fibers long and even if the reinforcing fibers become tangled in the compressing section 18, the fibers are defibrated in the kneading section 17, the shearing of long fibers in the molten resin is mitigated, the reinforcing fibers are dispersed uniformly and a good product is obtained.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet une machine de moulage par injection et une vis s'y rapportant à l'aide desquelles, lors du mélange de fibres renforçantes dans une résine fondue et du moulage de ces dernières par injection, les fibres renforçantes peuvent être uniformément dispersées dans la résine fondue. À cet effet, selon l'invention, pour une vis (7) disposée dans une machine de moulage par injection (1), une section de malaxage (17) est disposée du côté aval d'une section de compression (18). Trois racloirs hélicoïdaux (17a) (x, y, z) sont disposés dans la section de malaxage (17) et trois rainures (17b, 17b'), qui sont disposées en hélice dans le sens opposé ou dans le même sens que l'orientation desdits racloirs (17a, 17a'), sont formées. Grâce auxdites rainures (17b, 17b'), il est possible de maintenir les longueurs de fibre des fibres renforçantes longues et, même si les fibres renforçantes viennent à être emmêlées dans la section de compression (18), les fibres sont défibrées dans la section de malaxage (17), le cisaillement de fibres longues dans la résine fondue est atténué, les fibres renforçantes sont dispersées de manière uniforme et un bon produit est obtenu.
(JA) 【課題】本発明は、溶融樹脂に強化用繊維を混合して射出成形する際に、強化用繊維を溶融樹脂内に均一に分散させることができる射出成形機及びそのスクリューを提供する。 【解決手段】射出成形機1に設けられたスクリュー7は、圧縮部18の下流側に混練部17が設けられている。混練部17には3条の螺旋状のフライト17a(x,y,z)が設けられており、このフライト17a,17a'の向きと逆方向或いは同方向に3条の螺旋状に配置された溝部17b,17b'が形成されている。この溝部17b,17b'によって、強化用繊維の繊維長を長く保つことができ、圧縮部18において強化用繊維が絡み合ったとしても、混練部17内で解繊され、溶融樹脂内に長繊維のせん断が緩和され強化用繊維が均一に分散され良好な製品が得られる。
