Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a catheter and a catheter assembly that have a low impact on a body, are highly safe, can minimize the occurrence of crushing and kinking, and exhibit small changes in physical properties even if caused to deform within the body. A guiding catheter (1) that has a catheter body (2), said catheter body being provided with an inner layer (22) that has a lumen (21) on the radially inward side, an outer layer (23) that is positioned on the radially outward side of the inner layer (22), and a reinforcement part (24) that is made from reinforcement wire (25) and is positioned between the inner layer (22) and the outer layer (23), wherein the following expressions (1) through (3) are satisfied, where D is the outer diameter of the catheter body (2), Tc is the wall thickness of the catheter body (2), and Ti is the wall thickness of the inner layer (22). Expression (1): D≤2.6mm; expression (2): 0.025≤Ti/Tc≤0.05; expression (3): 0.006mm≤Ti≤0.015mm.
(FR) L'invention concerne un cathéter et un ensemble cathéter présentant un faible impact sur le corps humain, très sûrs, permettant de réduire au minimum le risque de broyage et de vrillage, et présentant de faibles changements de propriétés physiques, même lorsqu'ils se déforment à l'intérieur du corps. L'invention concerne en particulier un cathéter de guidage (1) pourvu d'un corps de cathéter (2), ledit corps comprenant une couche interne (22) pourvue d'une lumière (21) sur le côté radialement interne, une couche externe (23) disposée sur le côté radialement externe de la couche interne (22), ainsi qu'une partie de renforcement (24) constituée de fil de renforcement (25) et disposée entre la couche interne (22) et la couche externe (23), les expressions (1 à 3) suivantes étant respectées, D représentant le diamètre externe du corps de cathéter (2), Tc représentant l'épaisseur de paroi du corps de cathéter (2); et Ti représentant l'épaisseur de paroi de la couche interne (22). Expression (1) : D≤2.6mm; Expression (2) : 0.025≤Ti/Tc≤0.05; Expression (3) : 0.006mm≤Ti≤0.015mm.
