Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a sealant rubber composition that can be vulcanized at low temperature, has suitable retention, adherence, conformability, and fluidity, has excellent sealing properties, and is characterized by: having 2-10 parts by mass of zinc oxide and 1-5 parts by mass of a thiuram-based vulcanization accelerator, relative to 100 parts by mass of a rubber component including butyl rubber and/or EPDM; fulfilling a ratio of 1:1-1:3 between the thiuram-based vulcanization accelerator and the zinc oxide; and including at least 150 parts by mass of liquid polybutene or process oil.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc d'étanchéité vulcanisables à basse température, possédant une rétention, une adhérence, une conformabilité et une fluidité appropriées, d'excellentes propriétés d'étanchéité, et caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend de 2 à 10 parties en masse d'oxyde de zinc et de 1 à 5 parties en masse d'un accélérateur de vulcanisation à base de thirame, par rapport à 100 parties en masse d'un composant caoutchouc comprenant du caoutchouc butylique et/ou EPDM ; satisfaisant un rapport de 1:1 à 1:3 entre l'accélérateur de vulcanisation à base de thirame et l'oxyde de zinc ; et comprenant au moins 150 parties en masse de polybutène liquide ou d'huile de traitement.
