Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a workpiece gripping device that can stably and continuously hold a workpiece even when electrical power is not continuously supplied. A workpiece gripping device (10) is provided with a gripping operation part (30). The gripping operation part (30) is provided with a spring member (32). As a result of the elastic force generated by the spring member (32), a continuous force acting toward the side approaching a first support part (21) is imparted to a second support part (22). The operation of the gripping operation part (30) causes the first support part (21) and the second support part (22) to continuously press a receiving part (192) of a workpiece (190) while fitted to the receiving part (192). The workpiece gripping device (10) also has a grip release part that, if a force in a predetermined direction is applied at a predetermined position, moves the second support part (22) against the continuous force acting on the second support part (22) produced by the gripping operation part (30) and releases the grip of the first support part (21) and the second support part (22) on the receiving part (192).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de préhension de pièce qui peut maintenir de façon stable et continue une pièce même lorsque l'énergie électrique n'est pas fournie en continu. Un dispositif de préhension (10) de pièce est pourvu d'une partie d'action de préhension (30). La partie d'action de préhension (30) est pourvue d'un élément ressort (32). En raison de la force élastique produite par l'élément ressort (32), une force continue approchant d'une première partie de support (21) est transmise à une seconde partie de support (22). L'actionnement de la partie d'action de préhension (30) amène la première partie de support (21) et la seconde partie de support (22) à presser de manière continue sur une partie de réception (192) d'une pièce (190) tandis qu'elle est installée sur la partie de réception (192). Le dispositif de préhension (10) de pièce comporte également une partie de libération de prise qui, si une force dans une direction prédéfinie est appliquée dans une position prédéfinie, déplace le second élément de support (22) à l'encontre de la force continue agissant sur la seconde partie de support (22) produite par la partie d'action de préhension (30) et libère la prise de la première partie de support (21) et de la seconde partie de support (22) sur la partie de réception (192).
(JA) 電気的な動力を供給し続けなくてもワークを継続的且つ安定的に保持し得るワーク把持装置を提供する。 ワーク把持装置(10)は、把持動作部(30)を備える。把持動作部(30)は、ばね部材(32)を備え、ばね部材(32)で生じる弾性力に基づき第2支持部(22)に対して第1支持部(21)に近づく側へ向かう継続的な力を与える。この把持動作部(30)の動作により、第1支持部(21)及び第2支持部(22)は、ワーク(190)の受け部(192)と嵌り合っている状態で受け部(192)を継続的に押圧する。更に、ワーク把持装置(10)は、所定位置に所定方向の力が加えられた場合に把持動作部(30)による第2支持部(22)への継続的な力に抗して第2支持部(22)を移動させ、第1支持部(21)及び第2支持部(22)による受け部(192)の把持を解除する把持解除部を有する。
