Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an in situ polymerization type thermoplastic prepreg which has excellent productivity, tack properties and draping properties which enable easy shaping by a mold, and excellent handleability, and which is capable of providing a cured molded product that has both high-level mechanical characteristics of a thermosetting composite and the characteristics of a thermoplastic composite. This in situ polymerization type thermoplastic prepreg (1) contains reinforcing fibers (2) and an in situ polymerization type thermoplastic epoxy resin (3) that serves as a matrix resin. The in situ polymerization type thermoplastic epoxy resin (3) has been cured to B-stage at which the weight average molecular weight thereof is 6,000 or less, and has tack properties and draping properties at 30°C or less. The in situ polymerization type thermoplastic epoxy resin has a weight average molecular weight of 30,000 or more after curing.
(FR) L'invention concerne un préimprégné thermoplastique de type à polymérisation in situ présentant une productivité, des propriétés d’adhérence et des propriétés de drapage excellentes qui facilitent une mise en forme par un moule et une excellente maniabilité, et qui est apte à produire un produit moulé durci qui présente à la fois des caractéristiques mécaniques de haut niveau d’un composite thermodurcissable, mais aussi des caractéristiques d'un composite thermoplastique. Ce préimprégné thermoplastique de type à polymérisation in situ (1) contient des fibres de renforcement (2) et une résine époxy thermoplastique de type à polymérisation in situ (3) faisant office de résine matricielle. La résine époxy thermoplastique de type à polymérisation in situ (3) a été durcie jusqu’à une phase B à laquelle son poids moléculaire moyen en poids est inférieur ou égal à 6 000, et présente des propriétés d'adhérence et des propriétés de drapage à une température inférieure ou égale à 30 °C. La résine époxy thermoplastique de type à polymérisation in situ présente un poids moléculaire moyen en poids supérieur ou égale à 30 000 après durcissement.
(JA) 生産性に優れ、容易に金型に賦形できるタック性とドレープ性を備え、取り扱い性に優れ、且つ、硬化して得られた成形品が熱硬化性コンポジット並みの高度な力学的特性と熱可塑性コンポジットの特徴の両者を有することを可能とする現場重合型熱可塑性プリプレグを提供する。現場重合型熱可塑性プリプレグ(1)は、強化繊維(2)と、マトリックス樹脂として現場重合型熱可塑性エポキシ樹脂(3)を有する現場重合型熱可塑性プリプレグ(1)であって、現場重合型熱可塑性エポキシ樹脂(3)は、重量平均分子量が6000以下のBステージまで硬化したものであり、30℃以下においてタック性とドレープ性を有し、現場重合型熱可塑性エポキシ樹脂は、硬化後において重量平均分子量が30000以上である。
