Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to reduce the collision sound of when joining surfaces of two types of linking segments or end surfaces of the same type of linking segments collide with one another in a linear reciprocating mechanism. This linear reciprocating mechanism has a plurality of flat-plate-shaped first linking segments (53) and a plurality of groove-frame-shaped second linking segments (54). Each first linking segment (53) is linked to adjacent first linking segments (53) so as to be capable of bending in front and rear end surfaces. Each second linking segment (54) is linked to adjacent second linking segments (54) so as to be capable of bending in front and rear end surfaces of a bottom part. The first and second linking segments (53), (54) become rigid in a straight line when joined together, and the first and second linking segments (53), (54) revert to being bent when separated from each other. The front end surfaces of each of the first linking segments (53) are furnished with cushioning members (550) in order to cushion the impact between the end surfaces of the first linking segments (53). The front end surfaces of each of the first linking segments (53) are provided with groove holes (551) for fitting in the cushioning members (550).
(FR) La présente invention concerne la réduction du son de collision lorsque des surfaces de jonction de deux types de segments de liaison ou surfaces d'extrémité du même type de segments de liaison entrent en collision l'une avec l'autre dans un mécanisme alternatif linéaire. Le mécanisme alternatif linéaire selon l'invention présente une pluralité de premiers segments de liaison (53) en forme de plaque plate et une pluralité de seconds segments de liaison (54) en forme de cadre de rainure. Chaque premier segment de liaison (53) est lié à des premiers segments de liaison (53) adjacents de manière à pouvoir se courber dans des surfaces d'extrémité avant et arrière. Chaque second segment de liaison (54) est lié à des seconds segments de liaison (54) adjacents de manière à pouvoir se courber dans des surfaces d'extrémité avant et arrière d'une partie inférieure. Les premiers et seconds segments de liaison (53, 54) deviennent rigides en une ligne droite lorsqu'ils sont reliés ensemble et les premiers et seconds segments de liaison (53, 54) reviennent à leur état courbé lorsqu'ils sont séparés les uns des autres. Les surfaces d'extrémité avant de chacun des premiers segments de liaison (53) sont équipées d'éléments d'amortissement (550) afin d'amortir l'impact entre les surfaces d'extrémité des premiers segments de liaison (53). Les surfaces d'extrémité avant de chacun des premiers segments de liaison (53) sont équipées d'orifices de rainure (551) pour recevoir les éléments d'amortissement (550).
(JA) 目的は直動伸縮機構において2種類の連結コマの接合面どうし、同種の連結コマの端面どうしが衝突するときの衝突音を低減することにある。直動伸縮機構は平板形状の複数の第1連結コマ(53)と溝枠形状の複数の第2連結コマ(54)とを有する。第1連結コマ(53)各々は隣の第1連結コマ(53)に対し前後端面において屈曲可能に連結される。第2連結コマ(54)各々は隣の第2連結コマ(54)に対し底部前後端面において屈曲可能に連結される。第1、第2連結コマ(53)、(54)は互いに接合されたとき直線状に硬直し、第1、第2連結コマ(53)、(54)は互いに分離されたとき屈曲状態に復帰する。第1連結コマ(53)の端面どうしの衝突を緩衝するために第1連結コマ(53)各々の前端面に緩衝部材(550)が装備される。第1連結コマ(53)各々の前端面には緩衝部材(550)を嵌め込むための溝穴部(551)が設けられる。
