Abstract:
(EN) The present invention avoids electric power shortages that occur during vehicle travel as a result of the measurement of the open-state voltage of an onboard power storage device. A voltage measurement device that comprises a relay, a first voltage measurement part, a second voltage measurement part, a power supply circuit, and a control circuit. The power source circuit is indirectly connected to a direct-current bus. The first voltage measurement part measures a first voltage, which is applied to the power supply circuit. The relay is interposed between the direct-current bus and a power storage device. A first end of the relay is connected to the direct-current bus, and a second end of the relay is connected to the power storage device. The control circuit receives operating power from the power supply circuit and thereby controls the opening/closing of the relay. When the first voltage is at or below a first threshold value, the control circuit closes the first end and the second end. The second voltage measurement part measures a second voltage, which is applied to the second end, at least when the relay is open.
(FR) La présente invention permet d'éviter des pénuries d'énergie électrique qui se produisent pendant le déplacement du véhicule en conséquence de la mesure de la tension d'ouverture d'un dispositif de stockage d'énergie à bord. Un dispositif de mesure de tension qui comprend un relais, une première partie de mesure de tension, une seconde partie de mesure de tension, un circuit d'alimentation électrique, et un circuit de commande. Le circuit d'alimentation électrique est indirectement raccordé à un bus à courant continu. La première partie de mesure de tension mesure une première tension, qui est appliquée au circuit d'alimentation électrique. Le relais est intercalé entre le bus à courant continu et un dispositif de stockage d'énergie. Une première extrémité du relais est raccordée au bus à courant continu, et une seconde extrémité du relais est raccordée au dispositif de stockage d'énergie. Le circuit de commande reçoit une puissance de fonctionnement en provenance du circuit d'alimentation électrique et commande ainsi l'ouverture/la fermeture du relais. Lorsque la première tension est inférieure ou égale à une première valeur seuil, le circuit de commande ferme la première extrémité et la seconde extrémité. La seconde partie de mesure de tension mesure une seconde tension, qui est appliquée à la seconde extrémité, au moins lorsque le relais est ouvert.
