Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a lubricant composition with adequate fretting resistance and with which leakage from a bearing can be adequately limited even when used in high temperature environments. This lubricant composition comprises a perfluoropolyether as the base oil, a fluorine resin as a thickening agent, and polyol ester, urea grease and zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate as additives and is characterized in that: the mass ratio of the perfluoropolyether content to the total content of the polyol ester and urea grease is 78/22-95/5; the mass ratio of the perfluoropolyether content to the polyol ester content is 90/10-96.5/3.5; the mass ratio of the polyol ester content to the urea grease content is 40/60-65/35; the fluorine resin content is 15-24 mass% with respect to the lubricant composition as a whole; and the zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate content is 0.5-4 mass% with respect to the lubricant composition as a whole.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition lubrifiante présentant une résistance adéquate à l'usure et à l'aide de laquelle la fuite depuis un palier peut être limitée de manière adéquate même lorsqu'elle est utilisée dans des environnements de haute température. Cette composition lubrifiante comprend un perfluoropolyéther comme huile de base, une résine fluorée comme agent épaississant, et un ester de polyol, une graisse d'urée et du dialkyl dithiophosphate de zinc comme additifs et est caractérisée en ce que : le rapport en masse de la teneur du perfluoropolyéther à la teneur totale de l'ester de polyol et la graisse d'urée est de 78/22 à 95/5; le rapport en masse de la teneur en perfluoropolyéther à la teneur en ester de polyol est de 90/10 à 96,5/3,5; le rapport en masse de la teneur en ester de polyol à la teneur en graisse d'urée est de 40/60 à 65/35; la teneur en résine fluorée est de 15 à 24 % en masse par rapport à la composition lubrifiante dans sa globalité; et la teneur en dialkyl dithiophosphate de zinc est de 0,5 à 4 % en masse par rapport à la composition lubrifiante dans sa globalité.
(JA) 十分な耐フレッチング性を有し、高温環境下での使用でも軸受からの漏れを十分に抑制できる潤滑剤組成物を提供する。 本発明の潤滑剤組成物は、基油としてパーフルオロポリエーテル、増ちょう剤としてフッ素樹脂、添加剤としてポリオールエステル、ウレアグリース及びジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛を含む潤滑剤組成物であって、前記パーフルオロポリエーテルの含有量と、前記ポリオールエステルおよび前記ウレアグリースの合計含有量との質量比が78/22~95/5であり、前記パーフルオロポリエーテルの含有量と前記ポリオールエステルの含有量との質量比が90/10~96.5/3.5であり、前記ポリオールエステルの含有量と前記ウレアグリースの含有量との質量比が40/60~65/35であり、前記フッ素樹脂の含有量が潤滑剤組成物全体に対して15~24質量%であり、かつ、前記ジアルキルジチオリン酸亜鉛の含有量が潤滑剤組成物全体に対して0.5~4質量%であることを特徴とする。
