Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a multi-layer structure having: a polyamide layer (A) comprising a composition containing an aliphatic polyamide such as a polyamide including C10-12 lactam-derived constituent units and/or C10-12 aminocarboxylic acid-derived constituent units; and a polyamide layer (B) comprising a composition containing, in a predetermined amount ratio, an aliphatic polyamide such as a polyamide including diamine units including at least 70 mol% of xylylenediamine-derived constituent units and dicarboxylic acid units including at least 70 mol% of C4-12 aliphatic dicarboxylic acid-derived constituent units, or a polyamide including a modified polyolefin and C6-12 lactam-derived constituent units and/or C6-12 aminocarboxylic acid-derived constituent units. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, this multi-layer structure has excellent flexibility as well as exceptional chemical resistance and gas barrier performance.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une structure multicouche, qui a : une couche de polyamide (A) comprenant une composition contenant un polyamide aliphatique tel qu'un polyamide comprenant des unités constitutives dérivées du lactame C10-12 et/ou des unités constitutives dérivées de l'acide aminocarboxylique C10-12 ; et une couche de polyamide (B) comprenant une composition contenant, sous un rapport de quantités prédéterminé, un polyamide aliphatique tel qu'un polyamide comprenant des unités diamine comprenant au moins 70 % en moles d'unités constitutives dérivées du xylylènediamine et des unités d'acide dicarboxylique contenant au moins 70 % en moles d'unités constitutives dérivées de l'acide dicarboxylique aliphatique en C4-12, ou un polyamide comprenant une polyoléfine modifiée et des unités constitutives dérivées du lactame C6-12 et/ou des unités constitutives dérivées de l'acide aminocarboxylique C6-12. Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de la présente invention, cette structure multicouche a une excellente souplesse ainsi qu'une résistance chimique et des performances de barrière vis-à-vis des gaz exceptionnelles.
(JA) 本発明は、炭素数10~12のラクタム由来の構成単位及び炭素数10~12のアミノカルボン酸由来の構成単位の少なくとも一方を含むポリアミド等の脂肪族ポリアミドを含む組成物から構成されるポリアミド層(A)と、キシリレンジアミン由来の構成単位を70モル%以上含むジアミン単位と、炭素数4~12の脂肪族ジカルボン酸由来の構成単位を70モル%以上含むジカルボン酸単位とを含むポリアミド、変性ポリオレフィン及び炭素数6~12のラクタム由来の構成単位及び炭素数6~12のアミノカルボン酸由来の構成単位の少なくとも一方を含むポリアミド等の脂肪族ポリアミドを所定の量比で含む組成物から構成されるポリアミド層(B)とを有する多層構造体を提供する。本発明の好ましい態様によれば、本発明の多層構造体は、柔軟性が良好であり、耐薬品性及びガスバリア性に優れている。
