Abstract:
(EN) An ultrasonic horn is provided with: a vibration generating unit constituted so as to generate longitudinal vibration having a frequency in the ultrasonic band on the basis of a signal having a frequency in the ultrasonic band input from an oscillator; a vibration amplifying unit constituted so as to amplify while transmitting the longitudinal vibration from the vibration generating unit; and a longitudinal-torsional vibration conversion slit unit having slits formed in a channel shape on the surface of the vibration amplifying unit and constituted so as to convert the longitudinal vibration into torsional vibration. The vibration amplifying unit has a polygonal shape in a plane view, and has a plurality of surfaces provided with slits along with a surface not provided with slits.
(FR) L'invention concerne un émetteur à ultrasons comprenant : une unité de génération de vibrations constituée de manière à générer des vibrations longitudinales ayant une fréquence dans la bande ultrasonore sur la base d'un signal ayant une fréquence dans la bande ultrasonore produit à partir d'un oscillateur ; une unité d'amplification des vibrations constituée de manière à amplifier, tout en les transmettant, les vibrations longitudinales à partir de l'unité de génération de vibrations ; et une unité à fentes de conversion des vibrations longitudinales-torsionnelles ayant des fentes formées en forme de canal sur la surface de l'unité d'amplification des vibrations et constituée de manière à convertir les vibrations longitudinales en vibrations torsionnelles. L'unité d'amplification des vibrations présente une forme polygonale en vue en plan et présente une pluralité de surfaces pourvues de fentes ainsi qu'une surface non pourvue de fentes.
(JA) 超音波ホーンが、発振器から入力された超音波帯域の周波数を有する信号に基づき超音波帯域の周波数を有する縦振動を発生させるように構成される振動発生部と、前記振動発生部からの前記縦振動を伝達させながら増幅させるように構成される振動増幅部と、前記振動増幅部の表面に溝状に形成されるスリットを有し、前記縦振動をねじり振動へと変換するように構成される縦-ねじり振動変換スリット部とを備える。前記振動増幅部は、平面視において多角形形状であり、前記スリットが設けられている面を複数有すると共にスリットが設けられていない面を有する。
